Warba Capital Approves KD 72,210 Sharia Zakat Payment

Warba Capital Holding: At its meeting on 21 October 2026, the board approved the Sharia zakat amount for the fiscal year ended 31 July 2026 at a total of KD 72,210, calculated at 0.02407 dinar per share on 3,000,000 shares. It recommended that the ordinary general assembly approve paying the zakat on behalf of shareholders, and authorised the board to settle it with the relevant authorities once the assembly approves. The amount will be deducted from retained earnings.
