Kuwait's credit bureau weighs rental credit reports for tenants
Reports would show rent payment record, delays and past disputes
Kuwait's credit information network (CINET) is moving toward studying rental credit reports that record a tenant's rental history, including regularity of payments, delays and past disputes. The system would link the Ministry of Justice, banks and real estate companies, letting landlords assess a tenant before signing a lease, according to Al-Jarida.
