Kuwait Real Estate Sales Reach KD 2.88 Billion in 10 Months
Private housing accounts for 42.3% of value across 3,077 deals
Kuwait's real estate sales total about KD 2.88 billion from the start of 2026 to 24 October across 4,296 sale transactions. Private housing takes the largest share at 42.3%, worth KD 1.22 billion, followed by the investment sector at KD 944.02 million and the commercial sector at KD 487.4 million, according to Ministry of Justice data.
