Specialities Group Unit Wins KD 24.2 Million Mutla'a Tender

Specialities Group Holding says its wholly owned subsidiary, Specialities Constructions for General Trading and Contracting, has been awarded the tender to build, complete and maintain services, infrastructure and public buildings at Al-Dhahiya Center (N1) in the Mutla'a City project, for a total of KD 24,199,000. The Public Authority for Housing Welfare announced the award on 21 October 2026. The company reports no financial impact at present.
