NI Group to Receive 10% of Foulath Arabia Holding After Restructuring

National Industries Group Holding: the extraordinary general assembly of Foulath Holding, in which the company owns 10%, approved on 20 October 2026 an internal restructuring that transfers the group's Saudi Arabian activities to its shareholders in proportion to their holdings.
