Samer Aboushi resigns from Kamco Invest board

Kamco Investment Company: board member Samer Mohammed Aboushi has resigned for personal reasons, effective 22 October 2026. The board will consider the resignation at its next meeting. It will also decide whether to call on the alternate member, Reem Saud Al-Hajri, to complete the remainder of the current board's term.
