Kamco Invest Accepts Samer Aboushi's Resignation, Calls Up Reem Al-Hajri

Kamco Invest: At its meeting on 22 October 2026, the board accepted the resignation of board member Mr. Samer Mohammed Aboushi, effective immediately. It also decided to call up alternate member Ms. Reem Saud Al-Hajri to complete the remainder of the current board's term, subject to completing her registration with the Capital Markets Authority.
