Alghanim Industries forms group board chaired by Kutayba Alghanim

Alghanim Industries has formed a group board of directors chaired by Kutayba Yousef Alghanim, the group's executive chairman. Hazem Shawki is vice chairman. The other members are Sheikh Salem Abdullah Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, Nizar Mohammed Al-Adsani, Waleed Al-Osaimi, Ammar Al-Khudairy and Iyad Malas. The move is aimed at strengthening governance and supporting the group's growth and expansion plans.
