Agility wins first-instance ruling in KD 28.7 million PAI claim

Agility Public Warehousing Company: the Court of First Instance ruled in the company's favor on 15 October 2026, finding inadmissible, on the grounds that it had already been ruled on, a lawsuit by the General Manager of the Public Authority for Industry in his capacity seeking to oblige Agility to pay KD 28,696,227 for the fourth and fifth phases at the Amghara scrap site. The company says the ruling has no positive or negative impact on its financial statements.
