Kuwait Raises $3.25 Billion in Two-Tranche Dollar Bond Sale
$2.25 billion 3-year tranche and $1 billion 10-year tranche
Kuwait raised $3.25 billion from an international dollar bond issue in global debt markets, in two tranches: $2.25 billion maturing in 3 years at 75 basis points over US Treasuries, and $1 billion maturing in 10 years at 105 basis points over US Treasuries.
