Aayan Real Estate Wins Minors' Affairs Authority Nod for Property Management Bid

Aayan Real Estate has received notice from the Public Authority for Minors' Affairs that it approved the company's offer in tender No. 1 of 2025-2026 for managing, operating and maintaining properties belonging to the authority and those under its care, with a contract term of three years. The company said there is no material impact on its financial position for now, pending completion of procedures and signing of the contract. The disclosure follows its earlier statement of 25 August 2026.
