Ayman Boudi raised his aggregate holding in Rasiyat Holding from 6.91% to 7.70%, or 11,552,000 of the company's 150,000,000 shares, through share purchases. Budoor Al-Khair Holding's stake rose to 9,387,000 shares (6.26%), alongside 2,165,000 shares (1.44%) held by the Al-Khairi third trust of Noura Yousef Hamad Boudi.
