Oula Fuel Marketing elects new three-year board

Oula Fuel Marketing Company elects a new board for three years, made up of seven Kuwait Petroleum Corporation representatives and two independent members, Hala Abdulrahman Al-Duwaihi and Fatemah Khaled Al-Bader. The Ordinary General Assembly on 27 October 2026 approved the resignation of the current board and discharged the KPC representatives for the period from 24 May 2026. It withheld discharge for the remaining members, with shareholders holding 68.928% voting against, and there is no effect on the company's financial position.
