KPC sues National Industries for KD 1.127 million

National Industries Company: Kuwait Petroleum Corporation has filed a new lawsuit at the Court of First Instance against the company and another defendant, claiming a debt of $3,630,856.08, equivalent to KD 1,126,944, for gas fuel consumption between January 2012 and December 2015, plus expenses. The company says the impact cannot currently be determined as no rulings have been issued.
