Kuwait Oil Company Weighs Re-Tendering $2.5 Billion Project

Kuwait Oil Company is discussing re-tendering an oil project worth about $2.5 billion after cancelling its tender in January. It covers developing Gathering Centre 1 and Water Injection Plant 1, shifting to a build-own-operate model instead of EPC, with bids possibly invited in Q1 2027, according to Al-Jarida citing MEED.
