Kuwait's Insurance Regulatory Unit has referred three insurance brokerage companies to the Public Prosecution over suspected offences attributed to them. It has also issued warnings to four insurance companies over violations of Law No. 125 of 2019 and its executive regulations, requiring them to correct the violations to avoid suspension measures.
