IFA Hotels launches 'Vilasita' residential project in South Africa

IFA Hotels & Resorts has launched its latest residential project, 'Vilasita', in the Zimbali Lakes resort on the North Coast of South Africa's KwaZulu-Natal province, comprising 146 luxury residences. The project is part of a series through which the company plans to bring to market properties valued at approximately ZAR 1 billion over the next five years. Construction is scheduled to begin in the first quarter of 2027, with completion expected by the end of 2028. The company reports no current financial impact.
