Constitutional Court Rejects Challenge to Real Estate Agency Law
The court said the grounds were already settled in a 25 June 2025 decision
Kuwait's Constitutional Court ruled the direct challenge filed by a real estate company against Law No. 125 of 2023 regulating real estate agency, and its executive regulations, inadmissible, and ordered the bail forfeited. The court said the grounds had already been decided in a 25 June 2025 ruling.
