Boursa Kuwait loses KD 1.11bn in market value in a week

Boursa Kuwait lost about KD 1.11 billion in market value in the week ended 22 October 2026, falling from KD 50.759 billion to about KD 49.647 billion, a drop of 2.19%. The general index fell 2.18% to 8290.81 points and the Main Market index fell 3.6%, while weekly traded value declined to KD 288.36 million.
