Mezzan Holding: board member Al-Wazzan Capital Company for Sale and Purchase of Shares and its representative, Mr. Ali Abdulrahman Jassim Al-Wazzan, have resigned effective 11 October 2026. The board will take the necessary measures at its next meeting in line with the applicable laws and regulations.
