Kuwait Insurance Company: the extraordinary general assembly, held on 12 October 2026 with 77.253% attendance, approved all agenda items. These include renaming the company Kuwait Insurance and Reinsurance Company (a Kuwaiti public shareholding company) and amending its objects to cover insurance and reinsurance activities of all types.
