Future Kid accepts board resignations, elects five new members

Future Kid Entertainment & Real Estate Co.: The ordinary general assembly held on 29 October 2026, with a 51% quorum, unanimously accepted the resignations of the board members and elected a new board for the next three years: Abdullah Hamad Al-Turkait, Ahmad Bader Shaikhan Al-Farsi, Jana Khaldoun Al-Naqeeb and Fatma Tareq Rezouq as non-executive members, Nour Mohammad Al-Bahar as an independent member, and Al-Khalidiya United Holding Co. as a reserve member. The company said there is no impact on its financial position.
