Aqar sets subscription dates for its capital increase

Aqar Real Estate Investments: the board unanimously approved the timetable for the share entitlements of the capital increase from KD 23,425,000 to KD 25,767,500, following the Capital Markets Authority's approval of the subscription prospectus on 27 September 2026. The record-holding (cum) date is 20 October 2026; the subscription period and rights trading begin on 27 October, rights trading ends on 3 November and subscription ends on 10 November 2026, with allotment on 17 November.
