Al Mazaya Holding puts Dubai Financial Market delisting to shareholders

Al Mazaya Holding Co. is inviting shareholders to an Ordinary General Assembly on Monday, 30 November 2026, at 11:00 AM to discuss and approve delisting the company's shares from the Dubai Financial Market in line with applicable regulatory requirements, and to authorize the Chairman and/or the executive management to take all necessary steps to carry out the resolution. The last day to buy shares to be registered for the right to attend is 17 November 2026, and the record date is 22 November 2026. If the quorum is not met, a second meeting will be held on Tuesday, 8 December 2026.
