ABK adds 'conventional banks' activity to its corporate objects

Al Ahli Bank of Kuwait obtained a commercial register annotation amending Article (5) of its Memorandum of Incorporation and Article (4) of its Articles of Association to add the 'conventional banks' activity to the bank's objects. The annotation was issued on 11 October 2026, based on the approval of the extraordinary general assembly at its meeting on 16 September 2026.
